* Over 18 years of age
* Reuses each syringe at least three times for insulin application.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Use of insulin pens
* Pregnant women
* Patients undergoing chemotherapy
* Use of anticoagulants
* Clotting disorders, lesions or skin changes
