* Extensive-Stage Disease Small Cell Lung Cancer (ED-SCLC)
* Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) of 0 or 1
Exclusion Criteria:
* Prior systemic therapy for lung cancer
* Symptomatic Central Nervous System (CNS) metastases
* History of autoimmune disease
