Inclusion Criteria:
* patients with positive blood cultures hospitalized between August 2016 and October 2019
* documented refusal of the general consent
Exclusion Criteria:
* outpatients
* patients hospitalized in other hospitals
* patients with known bacteremia diagnosed in another hospital
