* unilateral UPJO
* 0-5years of age
Exclusion Criteria:
* bilateral UPJO
* previous surgical intervention on the urinary tract
* bladder or lower urinary tract symptoms or malformations
* nephro- or urolithiasis, vesicoureteral reflux
* urinary tract infections.
