* American Society of Anesthesiologist physical status I-III
* Radical prostatectomy
Exclusion Criteria:
* Infection in the incision area
* Coagulation disorder
* Known allergy history against to the study drugs
* Lack of adequate cognitive activity in the use of patient-controlled analgesia and VAS
