* Indication to perform radiotherapy treatment
* Age over 18 years
* Informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
* Hematological diseases
* Autoimmune diseases
* Previous neoplasias
* Prior chemotherapy or other therapies that may have violated the hematopoietic organs
* Patient's refusal to undergo periodic blood samples
