* Adult patients referred for routine colonoscopy
Exclusion Criteria:
* Known inflammatory bowel disease
* Personal or family history of polyposis or non-polyposis syndrome
* Presentation for emergency endoscopy
* Inability to remove polyp due to coagulopathy or thrombocytopenia
* Inability to provide informed consent
