* Permanent internet access during the study period
* ≥ 18 years of age
Exclusion Criteria:
* Acute suicidality
* Current severe substance use disorder
* Current severe depressive episode
* Lifetime bipolar disorder
* Lifetime psychotic disorders
* Body Mass Index (BMI) below 18.5
