* No any systemic diseases;
* no proctitis or proctosigmoiditis;
* no history of gastrointestinal surgery;
* no symptoms of diarrhea or fecal urgency during the past 2 weeks;
* not taking any medications except contraceptives during the past 2 weeks;
* age 18-65.
