Inclusion Criteria:
• Pregnant patients who had labor epidural placed for clinical indications, in whom ultrasound was used to assist the procedure.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Poor quality ultrasound images judged by experienced anesthesiologist
* Patients with history of lumbar spine surgery
