* born at University Hospital Tübingen
* at least one dose of antibiotics within the first week of life
Exclusion Criteria:
* genetic disorders
* chronic infections
* hematological disorders
* immunoglobulins within the first 60 days of life
* immunological disorders
* infants from Hepatitis B positive mothers
