* Age between 8 - 12 years old
* Class Π division 1 malocclusion (ANB\>4)
* Increased over jet (\>4mm)
* Increased overbite (\>4mm)
Exclusion Criteria:
* History of previous orthodontic treatment
* Evidence of craniofacial syndromes
