Inclusion Criteria:
·Histopathologically confirmed diagnosis of endometrioma
Exclusion Criteria:
* Any patients with DM,
* chronic kidney disease (CKD),
* CAD,
* heart failure (HF),
* cerebrovascular accident (CVA),
* malignancy,
* rheumatoid disorder,
* liver disease, and
* active infections were excluded from the study.
