Inclusion Criteria:
* Diagnosis of focal hand dystonia including any but not limited to the following:
* Writer's cramp,
* Musician's cramp,
* Dystonic cramp.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Other neurological conditions
* Epilepsy
* Carpal tunnel or disorders of peripheral nerves
* Psychiatric illness
