* Speaks and understands Danish.
* Referred for planned VATS lobectomy for confirmed or suspected primary lung cancer.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Cannot cooperate or unable to give consent.
* Chronic drain carrier.
* Planned open procedure.
* Planned resection of additional wedge, additional lobe or thoracic wall.
