Inclusion Criteria:
* symptomatic uterus fibroma
Exclusion Criteria:
* pelvic infection (cystitis, oophoritis, salpingitis, abscess, urethritis)
* gravidity
* uterus malignancy
* big subserosal fibroma with stalk diameter of \<2 cm
* menopausal women
* don,t want to be included into the study
* concomitant adenomyosis
