* Patients with no history of taking corticosteroids for the last 6 months.
* Patients who agree to take medication.
* Medically free
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients with oral lesions other than OLP.
* Lichenoid reaction .
* Pregnant females and lactation.
* Smokers
