Eligibility Criteria:
Inclusion Criteria:
* Individuals between the ages of 20-45
* Those who have been doing CrossFit sports for at least 1 year
* Those who do CrossFit at least 2 days a week
Exclusion Criteria:
* Those who train independently outside of CrossFit
* Those with neurological problems diagnosed by a doctor
* Those who received physiotherapy in the last 6 months
