Inclusion Criteria:
* diagnosed as Parkinson's disease (PD) with freezing of gait
* walk independently without walking devices
Exclusion Criteria:
* pre-existing and active major neurological diseases other than PD
* a previous history of seizures
* implanted metallic objects that would contraindicate rTMS
