* Patients must be ≥18 years
* Diagnosed with cardiac disease
* Speak and understand Danish
* Score ≥8 on the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale - Anxiety (HADS-A)
* HADS-A score must exceed the HADS-D score
* Gives written informed consent.
