* Premenopausal
* Moderate or severe dysmenorrhea, mainly in low abdomen area
Exclusion
* Pregnant
* Surgery history on lower abdomen
* Recent history of cancer
* TENS device use is contraindicated
* Ibuprofen use is contraindicated
