* Adolescent girls who attend the BRAC adolescent clubs
* Age between 10 -17 years
* Non-smoking
* Not pregnant
* Not breastfeeding
* Generally healthy.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Unwilling to participate
* Active illness during recruitment
* Known case of Infectious disease
