Inclusion Criteria:
* Persistent FI (Miller incontinence score \>5)
* Anorectal malformation.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Pregnancy
* Rectal prolapse
* Significant mucosal prolapse
* Inflammatory bowel disease
* Anorectal surgery within the last year Before inclusion
* Anticoagulant medication/bleeding diathesis
* Anorectal sepsis in the past
* Immunodeficiency
* Immunosuppressing therapy
