* Healthy
* Ambulatory, and able to perform exercise
* Active (\~3500-10,000 steps per day)
Exclusion Criteria:
* Smoker
* Diabetic
* Chronic conditions
* Consumption of medications known to affect muscle protein synthesis
* Statin myalgia
* Allergy to milk protein
