* Heart failure NYHA III-IV
* LVEF\<35%
* QRS duration\>150 ms
* Chronic atrial fibrillation.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Heart failure not related to systolic function
* Unstable angina pectoris, AMI, PCI or CABG within 2 month
* Inclusion in other studies
