* Primiparous women
Exclusion Criteria:
* Previous uterine incision( Cs, myomectomy,)
* Contraindications to medical or surgical uterine evacuations (eg, hemodynamically unstable, coagulopathy)
* Evidence of intra-uterine infection
* Rupture of fetal membranes.
* Intrauterine device in place.
* Allergy to prostaglandins or EPO
