Inclusion Criteria:
* Patients with COPD at Uppsala and Umeå university hospitals, who have participated in physical training at the hospital for 12 weeks.
* Diagnose of COPD
Exclusion criteria:
* Understand the Swedish language
* Be able to be physically active
