* patients over 18 years of age
* patients complaining of lacrimation
* patients following an extraction of a dacryolith
Exclusion Criteria:
* not signing the Informed Consent
* high risk of surgery (ASA IV)
* presaccal obstruction treatment
* revision EDCRs
* incomplete follow-ups
