* Stroke \> 6 months ago
Exclusion Criteria:
* Current active infection
* Multiple stroke
* Other affection of the central nervous system
* Medication potentially inducing severe fatigue
* Hospital admission during last month
* Severe Apraxia
* Severe Aphasia
