* Newly diagnosed Pulmonary TB patients (both genders)
* Age group 18-65 years
* Symptoms criteria (Rome IV)
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients ˃ 18 years and ˂ 65 years.
* Patients registered with extra pulmonary disease
