* Radical operation for stage III and stage II with high risk colorectal cancer
* Agree to join the trial and sign the informed consent form
Exclusion Criteria:
* Unable to receive chemotherapy
* Unstable vital sign
* Not suitable after evaluation by Principal Investigator
