Inclusion Criteria:
* Patients with a history of coronary heart disease who have recently undergone coronary angioplasty
Exclusion Criteria:
* End-stage renal disease
* Inflammatory bowel syndrome (IBD),
* Recent glucocorticoid or antibiotic treatment,
* Cancer undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy,
* Any alteration to the treatment plan, including changes in drug type or surgical intervention
