Exclusion Criteria:
* Breastfeeding or pregnant
* Allergic to local anaesthetics drugs
* Lack full mental ability
* Infection at the extraction site
* Patient who currently taking opioids or under the influence of medicines that alter their perception of pain are not candidates for tooth extraction
