Eligibility Criteria:
Inclusion Criteria:
* Chronic in-center hemodialysis patients for at least three months
Exclusion Criteria:
* Active Cancer.
* Active infection.
* Patients with pulmonary fibrosis.
* Patients with diffuse pneumonia.
* Patients with frequent hypotension episodes in HD
* Extreme weight gain between dialysis sessions demanding more than 13 ml/kg/h UF rate.
