* Patients who are undergoing Off-pump coronary artery bypass graft
Exclusion Criteria:
* No normal sinus rhythm,
* History of thyroid disease
* Abnormal thyroid hormone
* Renal dysfunction
* Hepatic dysfunction
* LVEF \<30%
* Recent MI
* Active infection 1\~15
