Inclusion Criteria:
* low back pain up to 3 months
* pain on back extension
* radiologic findings of facet joint osteoarthritis
Exclusion Criteria:
* other causes of back pain
* fibromyalgia
* diabetes, arterial hypertension or glaucoma not well controlled
* patients with contrast allergy
