Inclusion Criteria:
* breast cancer patients before surgery who are admitted to the South Egypt Cancer Institute, Surgery Department, Assiut University
Exclusion Criteria:
* • Patients with malignancies elsewhere in the body.
* Patients with chronic cardiac diseases.
* Getting neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
* Renal disease.
* Neurodegenerative disease.
