* Prostate cancer patients with an increase in PSA following radical prostatectomy
Exclusion Criteria:
* severe cardiovascular disease
* severe arthritis
* severe neuropathy
* severe hypertension
* therapy with antidiabetic agents
* other treatment for prostate cancer than radical prostatectomy
