* patients of ASA I-III
* scheduled for elective surgery for cervical spondylosis under general anesthesia with tracheal intubation
Exclusion Criteria:
* patients with cervical spine instability
* oropharyngeal mass
* airway disease
* preoperative imaging data were incomplete
* refuse to sign informed consent
