* Patients diagnosed with Idiopathic Parkinson's disease (IPD).
Exclusion Criteria:
* Parkinson plus syndromes.
* Drug-induced parkinsonism.
* Patients who cannot walk independently or wheelchair-bound.
* Patients who are not able to provide informed consent.
