* diagnosis of SARS CoV 2 by PCR testing
* Hospitalized due to clinical severity of the disease
* written and informed consent or consent of the family
* GFR\<30 is not an exclusion criterion
Exclusion Criteria:
* not fulfilling the inclusion criteria
