Patients eligible for definitive radiotherapy with a Head and Neck Neoplasm (squamous cell carcinoma) in one of the following anatomical sites:
* oral cavity
* oropharynx
* hypopharynx
* larynx
Exclusion Criteria:
* age \< 18 years
* pregnancy
