* Pregnant
* Less than 16 weeks gestation
* Body mass index 25 or greater at first prenatal visit
Exclusion Criteria:
* History of spontaneous preterm delivery between 20-32 weeks gestation
* Medical contraindication to exercise or walking during pregnancy
