Inclusion Criteria:
* children undergoing general anesthesia longer than 3 hours
Exclusion Criteria:
* past history of anesthesia
* cardiopulmonary bypass
* preexisting neurocognitive dysfunction
* abnormalities of liver profile (aspartate transaminase \> 40 unit/L, alanine aminotransferase \> 40 unit/L)
