Inclusion Criteria:
* hypertensive women undergoing elective cesarean section
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients with cardiac, hepatic, renal, or thromboembolic disease. ,
* patients with the high possibility of the morbid adherent placenta,
* known coagulopathy and
* those presented with severe antepartum hemorrhage
* refuse to participate
