* 18-80 years old
* non-emergent CABG and planned cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB)
* eGFR\>15ml/min/1.73m2
Exclusion Criteria:
* pregnancy or breast feeding
* malignancy
* severe liver dysfunction
* acute kidney injury before randomization
* uncontrolled hypertension
