* Histologically confirmed, primary supratentorial glioblastoma (WHO grade IV).
Exclusion Criteria:
* No informed consent can be obtained
* Inability to undergo MRI examination, due to metal implants, pacemaker etc.
* Not eligible for Stupp-regimen
