* ASA I-II
* BMI 18-28kg/m2
* Wedge incision and lobectomy
Exclusion Criteria:
* Uncontrolled hypertension or chronic conditions
* History of opioid dependence
* Allergy to bupivacaine hydrochloride
* Severe bleeding during operation or post operation
* Inability to communicate with investigators.
