Inclusion Criteria:
* Age \>18 years
* Documented SARS-COV-2 infection with PCR test
* Need for hospitalization in a COVID clinic
* Informed written consent
Exclusion Criteria:
* Inability to cooperate for peripheral arterial tonometry
* Hemodynamic instability
* High probability of non-compliance with the procedures of the study
* Reduced life expectancy \<1 year
* Established atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease
* Pregnancy, postpartum
* Alcoholism
