* Femoral neck fractures
* Female patients
* Patients undergoing hemiarthroplasty
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients younger than 65 years
* Male patients
* Patients with immunosuppressive conditions
* Intertrochanteric fractures
* Patients with revision surgery
* Pathological femoral neck fractures
